Replace Dangerous Electrical Panels
Federal Pacific or Zinsco Panels Are Potential Hazards
The wear and tear of electrical systems is invisible. With little or no warning, an overload electrical system can blow fuses, trip breakers, and on some extreme cases can result in fire. If you currently have Federal Pacific or Zinsco panels than you might want seriously consider replacing them A.S.A.P as they have lost the required UL approval some years ago, and it is well documented that those panels are a potential fire hazard. This is because the connection points for the breakers have a tendency to become loose, and they are also notorious for not tripping when they’re supposed to.
Whole House Rewire
Older electrical systems were not designed for the demands of modern appliances, most computers require grounded receptacles and good “Ground” and sometimes a dedicated circuit. All living spaces require AFCI protection, which helps prevent arc fault fires, one of the leading causes of fire in the United States.
Kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms require dedicated circuits and GFI protection. If not wired correctly it could cause anything from a minor inconvenience such as tripping breakers, to something as serious as injury or death.
By rewiring your house we provide you the piece of mind that everyone will be safe and comfortable for decades.
Lighting
Lighting Not every electrical project requires a rewire.
Adding can lighting to the living rooms or ceiling fans to the bedroom is not as big of a project as you might think. Removing outdated fixtures is an easy swap that can usually be handled in a day.
